Returns / Returns:
Not all items we offer are suitable for return. For example, spray cans filled especially after your selection cannot be returned or submerged.
(Exception: The color is not correct or the item is defective)
All other items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the time of delivery (the day on which you received the goods). This right of exchange/return does not affect your right of withdrawal.
Send the item back to us - if possible in the original packaging. Announce the return before shipping. kontakt@frickwork.de
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. FrickWork will only refund the value of the goods. (Note: We reserve the right to inspect the item and can claim a loss of value.
