High-quality 2-component polyurethane-acrylic primer with active corrosion protection and excellent adhesion to steel, galvanized substrates and aluminum. Can be repainted with 1K and 2K paints. Can be used as an adhesion promoter, primer and primer filler. Wet-on-wet processing possible.
Mix proportion:
10:1 wt. / 7:1 Vol. with Hardener H10
Dilution:
approx. 15 % with Mipa 2K dilution
To achieve higher layer thicknesses (use as a primer filler with a layer thickness greater than 60 μm), reduce the specified dilution addition by 5% and use a larger nozzle (up to 2 mm). For use as an adhesion promoter (layer thickness 20 - 25 μm), increase the dilution allowance specified by 10 % and use a smaller nozzle (1.3 - 1.5 mm)
